Number 1 has arrived. There was high anticipation and curiosity around Sunseeker’s SuperHawk 55, which was also evidenced by the number of people who did not want to miss its launch in Düsseldorf. A grand event with a place of honor at center stage in the exhibition hall. Reassuring the shipyard about the success of the project right from the start were the owners, more than 50 of them, who even before the boat was “reality” and went into the water, had decided to buy one.
What about James Bond? For those less familiar with the films of the world’s most famous spy, old Superhawks such as the 34 (famous chase through the Thames in “The world is not enough”), Superhawk 43 and 48 appear in numerous films. This new yacht is the heir to that style: performance and sportiness, but with more volume on board thanks to decidedly innovative solutions.

Promise kept, however. This SuperHawk is one of the hottest new products for 2023 and (re)opens up a segment where the brand has always been historically present, that of fast open boats, but with something extra.Sporty styling and lots and lots of automotive make this boat really stylish and original.
The exterior design is punchy with lots of lines, but sharp and clean. This lightens the boat’s abundant volumes, leaving it sleek and pleasing to the eye.
It will be because of the large sundeck, the modular cockpit that converts with rails that allow you to move the benches around and change from XL surface when, for example, you want to move around more on board ( for a party or an aperitif) or dining area. The main treat is the wrap-around window that wraps around the entire area under the hard-top with two supercar-style doors on either side.
The windshield is large and the dashboard, exactly in the center, is full-optional. In short, it feels like being in the bridge of a large yacht. This is located behind a 5-square-meter windshield that provides a virtually uninterrupted view. The wheelhouse is placed exactly in the center of the boat with three total seats, including the pilot’s seat.
