Suzuki at the Fishing Show: here are all the outboards and super fishermen

At the Pescare Show in Vicenza (Feb. 21-23) Suzuki will be present with its Suzuki Fishing Team and boats powered by the Hamamatsu-based company.

Suzuki Italia Marine is bringing much of its range to the event, which consists of models ranging from the Suzuki DF2.5, a 2.5-horsepower single-cylinder superlight , to the Suzuki DF350A, 350HP V6, the company’s most powerful. It will be a well-rounded presence, as it will be able to count on the contribution of numerous crews that make up the Suzuki Fishing Team and their boats and dinghies on display in Vicenza, all of them Suzuki-powered, of course.

  • Valerio Alessandrini with his Al Custom 25′ from Team Idefix, shown this year with additional upgrades such as: the new “wrapping” livery that will be made directly at the show by Extreme Wrap, the new Furuno electronics and, most importantly, the new #heartSuzuki: a DF300B the latest from Suzuki.
  • l Davide Acone‘s Team Marshall M4, equipped withLowrance electronics and powered by a Suzuki DF150AP alongside which is an auxiliary Suzukiengine DF20A.
  • Tuccoli 250VM, a made-in-Italy center console, created with the collaboration of multiple world champion Marco Volpi, who will be on the booth throughout the weekend, which adopts Garmin electronics and is powered by a Suzuki DF300B, with a DF15A as a respectableengine.
  • Adriatic Bulls – Emidio Pascucci, Fabio paolini, Anthony Ulysses e Vittorio Salis – will be at Vicenza with their Mar.Co 23 motorized with DF300AP and by a Suzuki DF9.9B. Also on this fisherman the electronics are Garmin.
  • Stefano Passarelli, a newcomer to the Suzuki Fishing Team, who will bring to Vicenza the Carolina28 CC, a center console embellished with a new wrap, designed by Ubrand and made by Myprintservice, and propelled by a pair of Suzuki DF250AP. The instrumentation is Furuno.
  • MC Quick Gyrox3 stabilizer signed by Quick, a partner company of Stefano Passarelli. The MC Quick Gyrox 3 stabilizer for small boats and/or those without a generator, is a new 12V DC battery-powered model designed specifically for center console or day cruise boats of small tonnage and features low, compact weight and plug-and-play ease of installation.
  • Joystick Sea Star Optimus 360 set up with Indemar, another partner company of Stefano Passarelli.
  • Team Demolition Tuna of Alessio Smerilli, Suzuki testimonial, Spinning champion thanks to his Focchi 730 Fishing powered by another Suzuki from the V6 family, the DF300AP, Lowrance electronics and Shimano equipment.

Suzuki at the 2020 Fishing Show will not limit its presence to the booth: THE Suzuki Fishing Team with their boats, all Suzuki-powered, will be at other booths and sport fishing brands.

  • From Seagame will be Valerio Mastracci, who is also a Colmic testimonial, with a Starfish 250 powered by a Suzuki DF250AP and DF9.9B as auxiliary engine.
  • Bass Tournament specialist Alessandro Villari’s Triton TRX189, powered by a Suzuki DF200T, will be at the Lowrance booth. In its Bassbrigade booth, on the other hand, there will be the Assault Boat Bass Brigade Edition, produced by BPK Custom based on the “Trophy 12” with Lowrance electronics and Suzuki DF15A engine.
  • At the FLW Italy booth a bass boat, the Stratos 176 XT on which Jimmy Ashlock – President of Fishing League Worldwide Italy involved in organizing the Italian Bass Fishing Championships – competes, powered by a Suzuki DF70A outboard.
  • Humminbird in its booth will display both a Seagame 200 Starfish powered by Suzuki DF150AP, a boat Lorenzo Musu fishes with, and a Piranhacraft Bassboat 17 powered by a Suzuki DF140A. Also at the Humminbird booth it will be possible to meet luca Ruggeri, Suzuki testimonial, who uses a Tracker with Suzuki DF40A to fish.
  • At the Ceccherini booth, which produces a line of boats particularly designed for use in the Venetian Lagoon, in addition to the Maestrale 19 in fisherman version powered by the Suzuki DF140A, a second example of Maestrale 19 with the DF40A at the stern and Ceccherini Foran 19 with the license-free Suzuki featuring the Cool White livery will also be on display.
  • At the Focchi booth, an airboat manufacturer among the first to introduce fisherman models, the new Focchi 570 powered by the license-free Suzuki DF40A will be previewed, alongside the larger Focchi 730 Spinning, which will have a Suzuki DF300AP on the transom.
  • At the Master booth also will be exhibited the Master 540 Fishing with the new Suzuki DF40A ARI, the version equipped with more torque of the Suzuki best seller, for this reason able to adapt to larger hulls, and the flagship Master 775 Fishing, born from the collaboration between Annalisa Gargiulo and the “great magician,” Matteo Catelani – a model that at the Pescare Show will be presented with the Suzuki DF350A “Katana Limited Edition.” There will also be two previews of the fishing RIB range: the new Master 699 Fishing with DF175AP and Master 630 Fishing with Suzuki DF140A. The latter will be the fisherman on which the team captained by Alessandra Seminara, a new Master testimonial with an all-female crew, will compete in 2020, increasing the Suzuki Fishing Team’s pink quota.

The Sunrise Professional Fisherman of which Marco Eusebi and son are members will be in Vicenza with their Focchi 730 Fishing dinghy powered by a Suzuki DF300AP.

Suzuki will also involve MedSharks in its booth with which it will bring visitors to learn about the “Clean Sea Life” project, a marine litter awareness project co-funded by the LIFE program, whose lead partner is Asinara National Park, with CoNISMa, Cetacea Foundation, Legambiente, MedSharks and MPNetwork

Press conference Saturday, Feb. 22 1:30 p.m. at the Fishing Arena where the organization will explain how the project, supported by Europe, was created to increase public attention to the amount of litter in the sea and on beaches. An awareness-raising activity that will be promoted within the project “Fishing Plastic Free at the Fishingshow 2020” along with the initiative “Fishing for Garbage” another project on sustainability promoted by Fabio Storelli’s TLM Nautica Fishing Team association.
