Flagship of the Tesoro Yachts shipyard, the T50 is a vehicle that winks more at cruising, but without “distorting” the dayboat DNA proper to walkarounds.
At the origin of it all are two partners, experience in boating and superyachts, an intuition that the market was clearly going toward walkarounds, and the right sensibility to create the right product at the right time. Thus was born Tesoro Yachts (represented in Italy by GPY Marine), a shipyard that made its debut five years ago, and that today focuses on high quality construction (from molding to outfitting) with totally in-house production, in two different factories located in Spain, both of which it owns.
Tesoro’s founders are Juan Carlos Olivares and Andrés MartÃnez: the combination of skills from their careers as international superyacht broker and international maritime lawyer with yacht brokerage implications, respectively, led them, in 2015, to begin a development journey to create the perfect walkaround boat capable of conquering global markets.
The lines are very sleek and soft, and credit is certainly due in part to the large, slender roof that covers the entire dashboard and aft living area.
