AW 2023 Slam Capsule Presentation

The new garments of the Slam Fall-Winter 2023 collection were presented with a big event in Milan chaired by the brand’sCEO Enrico Chieffi. Joining the collection are several knitwear garments , tricot and suitable for facing the winter season even in the city and during outdoor activities.

Slam – The Winter 2023 Collection

As explained by Chieffi, Slam will present “capsule” collections every six months that will update the brand’s offerings with proposals dedicated to sportswear and outdoor wear. In addition to new products focused on seasonal use-in this case for fall/winter-the capsules also include new colors for products already in the collection. This makes it possible to have a collection that is always up-to-date, suitable for the season and market trends, yet rational and composed of a well-defined number of items. For example, typical autumn hues such as ochre, brown and creamy white dominate among the garments in the new capsule.

Zipper sweaters, turtleneck sweaters, turtlenecks are just some of the new garments that make up the capsule. The yarn chosen by Slam for these garments is a blend of 85 percent organic cotton and 15 percent extra-fine merino wool. This mix allows for lightweight yet comfortable, soft, warm jerseys that maintain both thermal and breathable properties . The new Slam collection was presented by CEO Enrico Chieffi together with designer Gianfranco Azzini and Style Office manager Maria Luisa Wiegand.
