The Boot Düsseldorf 2025 is getting closer and closer, and we have already started to take a look at what will be the most interesting new products this year (click here to see the previews). Definitely one of the models not to be missed is the Sterk 31 in the brand new WB (Wet Bar) version, which, as the name implies, reconfigures the aft cockpit while keeping the features of the model unchanged.

We have already tested the previous version of this model and it made a very good impression on us. A sporty, livable model that does not go unnoticed. The new one is debuting from Boot Düsseldorf 2025, and at around 10 meters, it is one of the most interesting hulls for 2025, especially for those who like record-breaking performance. At the helm of this boat, you will find yourself as you would on a supercar where you can push to the max, conditions permitting, while remaining in control at all times.

The Sterk’s hull, in fact, has truly exceptional grip on the water, but that’s not the only outstanding aspect of this boat. In this version, the Sterk 31 is a true walkaround from bow to stern, with two wide passages leading from the aft beach to the forward dinette, which can be converted to a sundeck. The console houses a storage/dressing room, which can be used as a bathroom, and protects the entire helm station with a wraparound windshield.

What’s new about this model

Depending on the layout, you can have it open or sheltered by a large t-top. The novelty of this model lies just aft, where there is a wet bar and a large U-shaped sofa, which can also be converted into a dining area or a large sundeck by folding down all the backrests. A more classic deck layout than the rear cabin seen on the RC version, but certainly more Mediterranean and just as livable.

What does not change, however, is the hull, still with double step, to achieve remarkable performance in stability and speed: 55 knots with a torque of 250 horsepower and up to 60 with two for 350 horsepower. What conquers about this boat is, in fact, its super live-work designed to allow sailors to reach very high speeds while always feeling in total control.
