Three outboards and even more space. Here comes the new Invictus TT420S (12.3 m)

There will be many new products previewed at the Boot Dusseldorf 2024 (Jan. 20-28), and among them, names to watch out for are beginning to emerge in the 12-meter segment. Fitting into this picture is Invictus Yachts ‘ newest creation , the outboard version of the already much-talked-about TT420, which made its debut at Boot itself in January of this year. Here comes, in short, theInvictus TT420S, with more than 1,000 horsepower aft and even more space on board.

Lounge outdoor areas, soft and generous lines, refined deck spaces and cabin interiors will remain present, as will all the design signed by Christian Grande, but the stern lines and distribution of spaces, now varied by outboards, will change. While waiting for the Boot, let’s take a closer look at what we can anticipate.

High broadside and curved hard top remain unchanged, as does the black glazing to cut the dead work, which will now be in the special Vogue White livery. In short, the look of 420 will not be disrupted by this new version, but things will still change. In the stern, in fact, appear the 3 new Yamaha outboards, a solution now increasingly in vogue that, yes, will take up the space previously dedicated to the beach area, but will offer new performance, new appeal, and different spaces on board. The swim platform over the water that previously anticipated the large aft sundeck will thus be reduced in its central component, a space intended to accommodate the main modification of this S variant (the 3x 350 horsepower) but, one space lost means, in this case, another gained.

While the deck layout does not change, in fact, new spaces, previously dedicated to the pair of inboard engines, do emerge. Invictus takes advantage of this and makes, in fact, a large new storage room, ideal for water toys and equipment, components that will no longer clutter up the TT420’s other gem, the large tender garage located under the sundeck.

Barring any surprises, looking at the interiors does not change the layout of the previous 420 inboard, and so they will consist of the standard dictated by twin aft cabin with single beds, entrance hall with refrigerator, storage, and private bathroom, and modular forward open space to change from living room with U-shaped sofa to double cabin.
