Today we have in our selection on used boats, two decidedly different vehicles. One is a small open ideal as a first boat given also the starting price. The other, on the other hand, is a small cruiser cabin cruiser suitable for those who want to enter the world of weekenders and push themselves beyond a day on the water.

They sell two boats from 6 to 9 meters. Let’s see them together: they are an Aquaviva 590 and a Sea Ray 315 Sundancer.

Acquaviva 590

The styling is sporty with 1964 Ford GT40-style upholstery. Colors that make us immediately jump to mind the super-refit of this Magnum 63 we told you about last year. We remain, however, aboard the Acquaviva. The year of construction is 1983 and she is a pure Italian open powered by a 130-horsepower Mercruiser. This shipyard has been an important player in the national nautical scene for some 30 years. Acquaviva’s production began in 1966 in Forli by brothers Ireneo and Giorgio Acquaviva and focused primarily on commercial use boats in marine plywood. In 1974, production of fiberglass pleasure, sail and motor boats began.

This Acquaviva 590 is a pure open all open with a nice aft sundeck, a seat in front of the helm station and a co-pilot seat to port and another nice forward sundeck. Under the bow is a sheltered space accessed through an opening in the windshield.

Sea Ray 315 Sundancer

In our reviews this model pops up quite often. This is no accident. This Brunswick Group shipyard has produced thousands of boats and is still one of the world’s leading manufacturers. The one for sale today is a 2003 model 9.20 meters long overall and 3.00 meters wide. In more than 20 years, the engines have accumulated about 850 hours. They are two 225-horsepower Mercruiser 4.3 MPIs that at a cruising speed of 25 knots use about 60 liters per hour of fuel. Standard climate with heat pump and 5 kW generator.
