Sacs 750
Sacs 750

By now, SACS is a name that is associated almost exclusively with maxi-ribs or, in general, with very high-end boats. There was a time, however, when the yard’s boats were very popular in the small- to mid-range. The yard, founded in 1989, has always been highly regarded in the world of inflatable boats. The main features? The excellent seaworthiness of the hulls, which ensures greater safety on the rough sea and high speed on the calm sea, and a comfortable hull.

Right now in the classifieds section is a 7.5-meter Sacs from 2001, ideal for going swimming. On board, in fact, the deck is practically all devoted to accommodating people with significant sunbathing spaces and the console very much set back with its own seat. It has a canopy, extendable to the bow, and an electric anchor windlass. Consider carefully the outboard it installs, a 2007 Evinrude Hi Tech 250 since these engines are out of production.

ITM Orion 35

Don’t be fooled by the photo above. ITM’s Orion 35 is a decidedly streamlined open from the 1980s. The version for sale in our classifieds section is a very interesting vessel because it is suitable both for use as a day boat and for longer cruises. In fact, on board she sleeps up to five in addition to the galley, of which we report that the cooktop is being refitted (new stove and sink) with interior painting in 2025. Other cruising amenities include a water heater, autoclave with 250-liter tank, and numerous 220- and 12-volt outlets.

Columbus Antibes 27

It may not be the most pop, but we are talking about an exceptional shipyard. The Colombo Antibes 27 is one of the fiberglass models made by the Colombo shipyard, with over 70 years of history in the production of wood and fiberglass boats. The peculiarity of this reality lies in having gained experience with both woodworking and composite materials has led to the invention of extraordinary construction techniques. The elegance of mahogany and the qualities of durability and strength of fiberglass have resulted in extraordinary models.

In our used section is an iconic Colombo Antibes 27, the latest series with full fiberglass planking with teak cockpits. Fully refitted in 2022 with a new Volvo Penta D4 270-horsepower diesel engine, she is a classic powerboat, but lots of style.
