5 used boats from 6 to 11 m
These are very different boats in terms of design, history and use, but they are all interesting “goodies.” From the vintage day cruiser to the bestseller of the 2000s, to the bolide that takes you on a sporty cruise but in absolute comfort. We present them in ascending order of length. A safe used: guarantees Motor Boats!
Libeccio 110 HT – Family boat! – 11 m
We start with a nice family vessel. If the gozzo over time has gone from being the slow boat of old fishermen to a younger, more dynamic craft, credit is also due to the Mimi shipyard. The 110 HT is an example of a planing cabin cruiser with a 23-knot cruising speed.
The shipyard with this boat wanted to create small home on the water for those who want to spend time with their loved ones. Sure, it’s not the maxi-cruiser flybridge, but there are four berths, the deck is well protected, and the outdoor spaces allow for both enjoying the sun, forward, and having a living area aft.
Columbus 31 Superindios 1986 – Like George Clooney – 9.4 m
The Super Indios 31 is a real milestone for the Larian shipyard, launched in the late 1970s and then remaining in production for practically two decades. It was offered either with a sunroof, in the style of the old Fiat 500, or in a sport-fishing version with a fly. In any case, it was a popular boat even on the second-hand market to the point that to move around Lake Como even the famous American actor George Clooney bought one.
It is a mighty boat yet streamlined and sporty in line. The deck level is mainly dedicated to outdoor spaces while enjoying a protected indoor living room. As weekenders of yesteryear, we find adequate volume below decks to stay overnight, but without cruising ambitions.
Boston Whaler Outrage 21 – Best-selling classic – 6.5 m
The Boston Whaler Outrage 21 has been a success since its launch in the 1960s. A
classic boat
that depopulated all over the world, including here in Italy, and the reason is clear: it is a simple, versatile boat that can be adapted to a whole range of needs. Go swimming, fishing, enjoy a day on the water. There are no limits for this “little one” that is in fact a versatile and unsinkable platform. On board it also provides a canvas canopy system to create shelter.
Its designer is Raymond “Ray” Hunt, and the hull is protected by a unique broadside that, starting at the bow, is an integral part of the deck and, at the stern, terminates in a natural planking-gradino that facilitates boarding from the water. It is safe because it develops the concept of central wheelhouse, singular in design, practical in development, and practical while sailing.

Sacs Strider 11 – The young inflatable boat – 11.5 meters
Let us now turn to a maxi-dinghy, the type of boat that has had overwhelming success in recent years. Also arriving in the classifieds section is a Sacs Strider 11, a luxury rib that focuses on overwhelming performance and aggressive styling. A young boat for those who want to enjoy relaxation and fun. It is no coincidence that the Sacs Strider 11 is one of Sacs’ best-selling models in the world.
The helm station is well protected and there is a galley area behind the wheelhouse. Two large sundecks fore and aft complete the deck plan. Depending on the version, two to four beds are also available below deck.
The version for sale is from 2021, then, fairly new and powered by two 300-horsepower Verados from Mercury, a guarantee of remarkable performance.
