SALPANCORE
Maxwell has a wide range of windlasses for all moorings, bow configurations, cockpit spaces and power needs. The stainless steel vertical RC series and horizontal HRC series, automatic, for line, chain or line/chain are for boats between 4.5 and 22 meters. The new RC12 automatic line/chain series is for lighter boats up to 24 meters. The multipurpose VC series is for all types of installations.
ELECTRIC PROPULSION
This is the new product line that offers a complete package with several modules: E-Line and E-Pod. Both have the Active Electric Braking system: the high torque of the electric motor is used to reverse the direction of rotation quickly. Built-in protection ensures that the battery bank is not damaged.
MARMITES
All VETUS exhaust systems have high quality standards and important advantages: they meet ABYC standards; come complete with fittings and swivel body for easy installation in any position; and have excellent noise reduction and minimal back pressure. Made of special material, NAVIDURIN mufflers, which withstand temperatures up to 260°C , exceed the performance of standard polyester material by 170%.
ENGINES
VETUS offers a full range of diesel engines. M-Line and H-Line engines (12 to 80.3 HP) light and compact and D-Line engines (122 to 210 HP) with low noise and vibration levels. Models in the M-Line and D-Line ranges are certified to use the environmentally friendly HVO diesel fuel, which enables up to a 90% reduction, in exhaust emissions (CO2, CO, HC, NOx and PM).
