“Come to Sardis Cove, see it, try it and find out if you like it. Like cars, right?”

In short, it sounds like we are talking about a car and instead we are talking about a motorboat. This is what Simone Morelli, Ceo and founder of NSS Yachting, explained to us about the new collaboration he has started with the legendary walkaround brand Fjord, part of the Hanse Group.

NSS Yachting and the boat everyone wants

Fjord walkarounds are making a comeback in Italy, and they are doing so starting from the upper Tyrrhenian Sea and Sardinia, the natural habitat of this kind of boat. A new chapter has, in fact, begun with NSS Yachting as the official Fjord dealer.

After Lagoon, Beneteau and Highfield, NSS adds another brand of excellence to its range. This all-Italian reality, founded by Simone Morelli in 1998, has become a real battleship in yacht sales with the enviable achievement of being the first European dealer to sell Lagoon catamarans.

“We represent many important brands, but we have identified,” Morelli explains. in this historic brand an important potential for the market. We will cover the entire Upper Tyrrhenian region.

After all, Fjord is the brand that pioneered the most beloved boat today: the walkaround. Everyone wants one, and indeed, there is something for every taste and need. The strengths of the Fjords are many: one of the most livable decks in their respective sizes, the huge focus on comfort, and the versatility of these boats, including below deck and in propulsion.

Where to board the Fjords with NSS Yachting

Seeing a boat and, if possible, trying it out is essential to understand whether or not it may be the right one. In this sense NSS Yachting has an important ace up its sleeve because it is also active in the charter and port sector with the Marina Cala dei Sardi, one of the most beautiful in Sardinia.

“We are working a lot,” continues Simone Morelli, “with day charter and one of the top models is a Fjord 41 XL. This is just the first step because we want to get to having a fleet here in Sardinia. In this way we will offer the same possibilities that a car dealer can give that has the cars always available and when one wants to buy it he can first see directly how it is made and how it is designed.

The other bases

Nss Yachting is Fjord’s dealer for the entire Upper Tyrrhenian Sea, but the Italian bases do not stop at Cala dei Sardi. In fact, through NSS Charter, the NSS group is also present in Tuscany at the Marina di Cala de’ Medici, in Campania at Marina d’Arechi, and in Sicily at Portorosa.
