presents Zipwake‘s new Integrator Module, a solution capable of efficiently integrating the Swedish manufacturer’s trim corrector systems to various multifunction displays and/or smart devices, thus facilitating the control and command of the trim correctors themselves.
Zipwake – Integrator Module
With this new solution, Sweden’s Zipwake thus introduces a system intended to streamline its ability to control its vessel, while also allowing the system to be configured, operated, monitored and updated via app, thereby also greatly facilitating the overall user experience.
Basically, thanks to the Integrator Module-compatible with all components of the Zipwake system-it will be possible to integrate the brand’s attitude corrector system to all popular multifunction displays (MFDs) and smart devices, thus also allowing for additional cleanliness of the dashboard, which no longer requires additional control panels. Specifically, the Swedish manufacturer’s new solution offers the ability to connect up to 3 dedicated control panels to operate through wheel control as well as touch screens.

In terms of footprint and installation, the new Integrator Module is designed with waterproof features so that it can also be safely installed behind the wheelhouse/deck, on the fly or in the engine room. By default, it comes complete with a special collar for the Ethernet connector and a cable for connection to a multifunction display. In terms of availability, however, it will be accessible both as an accessory, as a replacement part, and finally also as a part included in a system kit.
