The Italian branch of Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. officially unveils its new 40-horsepower outboard engines, marked F40 LETL and F40 N Supreme, direct heirs of the well-known F40 HETL and F40 G Supreme models. Two new products that combine aesthetic updates with an established technical identity, confirming Yamaha’s central role in one of the most popular segments of recreational boating.

Yamaha F40: what changes and what doesn’t

The new F40 LETL is distinguished by a completely redesigned gray grille compared to the HETL and a more modern profile, while the F40 N Supreme sports a bolder look, with a black grille embellished with gold and red details for a sporty and exclusive look. Both engines adopt a design inspired by the lines of Yamaha’s higher-end outboards, with sharply styled air intakes and flowing surfaces designed to emphasize their performance and premium character. In addition to the new look, one of the main strengths of this range remains unchanged: the ability to drive the engines without a boat license, an advantage that makes them particularly attractive to those seeking the freedom to sail with ease and safety.

How much do the F40s cost?

Also important is the commercial policy: the new models maintain the same economic positioning as their predecessors and are part of the Satisfaction Sea 2025 promotion, with special prices intended for the public; the F40 LETL, in fact, is offered at €6,300, while the F40 N Supreme will be available at €7,750.

With these upgrades, Yamaha reaffirms its commitment to innovation without sacrificing the values of build quality, reliability and advanced technology that have made the three tuning forks brand a global benchmark in the marine industry.
