Torque is optimized to allow heavy boats to glide more easily. In these engines, in addition to the countless technological innovations, special attention has been paid to the look and design of the engine: the lines are very smooth and the color scheme is pearl white, in addition to the classic Yahama gray.

Returning to the more technical aspects, the exhaust above the cavitation plate makes the propeller’s reverse performance better, while the foot oil change system presents an important innovation: thanks to a Yamaha patent, it will no longer be necessary to lift the vehicle out of the water to change the oil, saving time and money. At the Genoa Boat Show, Cantieri Capelli, Yamaha’s Italian distributor, designed a very powerful maxi rib, the top of the Luxury Line. We are talking about the Tempest 50, which here in Genoa is powered by four XTOs for a total of 1700 horsepower.
